Well, we wouldn’t be much of a film review podcast without podcast episodes! Below are all our reviews, from episode 1 to whatever we’re up to now. You can also listen to us on iTunes or Stitcher!
This week, we’re a bit troubled as we review ’71 (spoilers throughout until 1:24:39) with special guest, Ashley Mark Gregson. We also discuss our divided opinions on the TV shows Quiz and After Life.
This week, we introduce brand new, super sexy special guest, The Prince of Tattoo to help us review, “Raging Bull” style, 2002’s Tongan Ninja. We also have a discussion on the descent of the home-viewing experience, from the mighty Tesco bargain bin to the market-obsessed streaming service. As requested by His Royal Highness himself, please click here for your daily dose of Tongan Ninja.
Music:
Intro – Tale of the Tongan Ninja by Jemaine Clement, Bret McKenzie, Stephen Roche & David Donaldson*

This episode also sees the return of Quiz Night and features discussions on The Dear Hunter, Snowpiercer, Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse and Once Upon a Time… in Hollywood.

This week in our double feature, we are losing both our minds (and our stomachs) over the Spanish thriller The Platform (spoilers: 33:33 – 55:36). We also give a big hand to the Oscar nominated film, I Lost My Body (spoilers: 1:12:25 – 1:29:29) and review our recent film and TV watches, including John Wick, Sunderland Till I Die and Better Call Saul.

This week, we’re unabashedly criticising Bong Joon-ho’s Parasite like some kind of… bloodsucking… thing (Spoilers: 24:49 – 1:03:33). Also, Joe pretends he’s never given any film a 10/10 before.
This week, we are reviewing the Safdie brothers’ diamond in the rough, Uncut Gems. We also discuss the recent Oscar winners and films that may have been overlooked during the past awards season.
